Beef and Red Wine Stew with Parmesan dumplings

A comforting rich stew featuring tender beef simmered in a thick, red wine gravy with chunks of mushrooms, carrots and baby onions, topped with parmesan flavoured dumplings, that melt in your mouth.  Serves Four.
